The website is a product catalogue and enquiry service. Adding an item to an enquiry list or sending a WhatsApp message does not create an accepted order. An order is accepted only when HS Gold Covering confirms the products, quantities, price, payment terms, delivery details and other commercial terms in writing.

Gold-covering, imitation and artificial-gold jewellery is fashion jewellery and is not solid gold unless expressly stated for a specific product. Images are intended to represent design and finish; screen settings, lighting and handmade or batch variation can cause differences in colour, texture, stone placement or appearance. Dimensions described as approximate may vary slightly.

Displayed prices may be fixed, starting prices or available on request, as indicated. Catalogue information can change without notice and is subject to stock, minimum quantities and final confirmation. Any applicable taxes, packing, shipping, insurance or payment charges will be stated in the written quotation or order confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, delivery and business information and for checking the written order confirmation before payment. Resellers remain responsible for their own registrations, tax obligations, customer claims and descriptions used when reselling products.

Accepted payment methods, advance requirements and dispatch estimates are confirmed per order. Never send a payment OTP, card PIN or account password to HS Gold Covering. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Requests are reviewed case by case under our Returns and Cancellations Policy and the written order confirmation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised administrator access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, scrape it excessively, copy protected material for misleading use, or submit unlawful or fraudulent enquiries.

The HS Gold Covering name, logo, website design, catalogue copy and owned product media are protected materials. No licence is granted except the limited right to browse the catalogue and share product links for genuine purchasing discussions.

WhatsApp, hosting, payment and delivery services are operated by independent providers. Their availability and handling of information are subject to their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, HS Gold Covering is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, third-party service interruptions, or reliance on catalogue information before written order confirmation. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains unaffected.

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier interruption, natural events, strikes, public authority action, supply disruption or network outage. We will communicate material delays where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised date. Indian law governs these terms. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the grievance contact; subject to applicable mandatory law, courts in Kozhikode, Kerala will have jurisdiction.
